Fix more tests in Milena.

	* mln/fun/v2v/saturate.hh: Add a missing include.

	* mln/subsampling/antialiased.hh: Increment pointer after the call
	to convert::from_to.

	* tests/subsampling/antialiased.cc: Fix references according to
	last changes on 'round factor'.
