	longer use the virtual type `is_value_wise_mutable' in the
	static switch condition; query `mutable_value_proxy' instead.
	* olena/oln/morpher/with_lut.hh
	(vtypes< morpher::with_lut<Image, Lut> >::is_value_wise_mutable_type):
	Remove typedef.
