genltl: add --hkrss-patterns

Fixes #245.

* bin/genltl.cc: Add the option.
* bin/man/genltl.x: Add reference.
* tests/core/ltl2tgba2.test: Use these patterns.
* doc/org/genltl.org, NEWS: Document the options.
