    Debian versions installed in build hosts during automatic builds.
    
    * m4/libtool.m4: New file, from GNU Libtool 1.4.24.
    * tools/ltmain.sh: New file, from GNU Libtool 1.4.24.
    * HACKING: Installing Libtool is no longer required.
